1. Customer places the order.

2. INOVO processes the order and prepares it for shipment. (Please note that any orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day). Our order processing days are from Mondays-Saturday excluding Sunday and Public Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.)

3. For: (Rainshower, Basin Taps, Kitchen Taps and Memory Foam Mattress) earliest delivery is 3 working days or longer depending on J&T courier delivery schedule. There is no fixed date and time for our free delivery Monday – Saturday excluding Sunday, Weekend and Public Holiday. Our Courier Partner J&T will contact you. Please kindly wait for them to contact you. Any special request of date, time and address change you can inform them when they contact you. If your house is on renovation or no one around to recieved it, you can reschedule with J&T Courier as they allow 3 times redelivery service. It the event of a fail delivery due to contact number or address given is wrong. A re-delivery will impose to customer

4. For ( Mattress) Please take note that our mattress is rolled in a small square carton box for easy shipping, there will be folding line and unevenness due to packing and storage. It will take estimated 1-2 week for it to be fully expand. Due to hand measurement, there might be a 2-3cm difference. Our appointed courier do open your new mattress or do disposal of your old mattress, please kindly take note.

5. For Backorder Items: (Vanity/Mirror Cabinets, Bathtubs): Earliest delivery is 3 weeks or longer depending on shipment. Please buffer additional 1-2 weeks in case of any delay. If you factor all in average delivery is around 3-5 weeks. Do kindly also take note that we do not promise a fixed delivery timeline if there is production or shipping delay. Delivery may exceed 5 weeks or longer depending on shipment. For customization, adding extra options, example jacuzzi, or add on Color finishing for bathtubs or vanity / mirror cabinets size customization will be extra 1 week.

5.1. For Backorder Items:(Hot tubs): Earliest delivery is 7 weeks or longer depending on shipment. Please buffer additional 1-2 weeks in case of any delay. If you factor all in average delivery is around 7-9 weeks. Do kindly also take note that we do not promise a fixed delivery timeline if there is production or shipping delay, delivery may exceed 9 weeks or longer depending on shipment.

There is no fixed date and time for our free delivery provided. Please kindly wait for our courier partner to contact you. Do note that once shipment arrives, our courier partner will deliver to you within 3 days otherwise additional warehousing fee will incur to you. Do kindly also take note that we do not promise a fixed delivery timeline and if there is production or shipping delay, delivery may exceed mentioned time frame or longer depending on shipment. Take note for Sentosa and Jurong island delivery there will be a surcharge of $50 pay directly to courier company. We provide FREE doorstep delivery in wooden crate packaging to lift level or ground level. Please note courier do not move item into bathrooms and area of installation. Additional fees apply for crate removal.

5.2. We provide free lift level or ground level door to door delivery without moving up stairs and opening of wooden crate. Please note that our delivery will only be able to leave the item at the main door and not to the installation site. Additional charges apply for moving up stair.

We will ship them out soonest possible once the products are in stock and our courier partner will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. Please kindly wait for them to call you for the delivery arrangement. Any special request of date, time and address change you can inform them when they call you. Do note that once your shipment reach, Our courier partner will deliver to you within 2-3 days otherwise additional warehousing fee will be incur to you.

Please note that orders placed in January or February 2024 (before/during Chinese New Year) will be delayed by 6 weeks.

6. Please kindly take note that the courier do not do installation, disposal of existing bathtub/vanity cabinets/furniture or open your product packaging when you received it. They will not remove and dispose the packing materials. Extra charges apply for crate removal. If there is any issue you can contact us on the day of receiving.

7. For bathtub orders, water hose will be loose due to shipment and it will need adjustment and tightening.

8. Vanity cabinet and Bathtub Jacuzzi, it will delivered in wooden crate and it will be delivered to Ground level or Lift level only without moving up stairs. Packaging size add 10cm for length and 10cm width to the size of the bathtub ) If your lift or house door size is unable to enter, the courier will need to leave it outside your guard house or ground level for your receiving. Please make sure you consult with your installer before purchase to make sure it there is no obstruction moving the bathtub into the installed area. In the event you are not around to receive the item when the you have fixed the appointment with the courier company or in the event your house have stairs, narrow walkway that cause delivery to be unsuccessful, additional fee of re-delivery will apply.

9. If customer is not at home, with your approval and consent, we can leave the item at the doorstep or a safe place you prefer. (Do note that our company will not be liable for any loss/damage of the item in this case)*

10. We can also reschedule the delivery to another date of your preference if you are not at home. There will be a re-delivery fees if you have confirm the delivery with our courier partner and you did not turn up to receive the items.

11. We only provide a 1 time free delivery service in Singapore. If there is any product issue, you have to come to our office to do an 1-1 exchange so you can check the item to be up to your expectation. We do not provide onsite warranty service and installation. Please make sure the product is not damage condition when return back to us.

It is our customers’ responsibility to survey and check the product for any missing parts or damage upon receipt of the product. If there is significant unacceptable damage to the product, customers should sound it off immediately. Please do not sign and accept the item if the delivery person or warehouse assistant is in a hurry and refuse to let you inspect. The conditions will apply to self collection at our warehouse also.

Should our customers receive the product and not sound off any unacceptable condition or defects to the product, we will assume that the customer has deemed the product acceptable in its received state. If there any defective or missing parts issue you can come to our warehouse to do a 1-1 exchange or collect the parts needed if you received it the same day.

Disclaimer

Shipping your items on time is extremely important to us. We do our best to provide estimated delivery dates so that you are able to receive your items on time. We are not liable for any delivery delay due to Singapore Custom Check for Backorder items ( Bathtubs, Jacuzzi and Vanity cabinets) Customer have to accept the items if shipment reach early. In the event if items is damage due to shipment process, we will provide replacement and the same processing time will be required. We do not accept refund request due to shipment damage.
