We supply standard 1.5m length cable from the center of the tub. Just plug in normal 13A powerpoint will do.

it is connected by 70cm flexible water hose. As long your drainage is within the tub base area will be fine. Your drainage hole do not need to be right in the center. It is a freestanding tub. just connect water pipe to drainage will do.

Just use the jacuzzi mode and it will flush out water and clean the inside the pipes and jet holes. After that just dry it with cloth will do.

All our tub is around 40kg and it hold around 200 liters of water

The installation is very simple just connect the drainage pipe to your drainage outlet will do. We will suggest the piping to be within the tub width and length area. But if your drainage outlet is outside the area of your tub, it is also okay as all our tub has 4 legs that you can raise the height to allow the water pipe to be extended out of the tub.

You can place a estimate size first and we will not proceed the order. Price difference is $100 per 10cm in size. we will refund you if you need to reduce size or you can pay the price difference if you need bigger. Just leave us a remark at the checkout page not to proceed first and size to be confirmed.

Unless you do plumbing work with drainage in the room, otherwise you can have a long drainage pipe and long hose for filling water.

Yes you can ask your contractor to tile it up will do.

Optional installation cost is from $150 onwards exclude removal disposal. Please leave us a remark at the checkout page that you will require installation. We will email you a third party installer contact so you can discuss your installation requirement and details with him after you received the items from our courier partner.

The production will be around 1 week. The earliest delivery is 3 weeks or longer depending on the shipment. We suggest to buffer additional 1-2 weeks in case of any delay. If you factor all in average delivery is around 3-5 weeks if no delay. We will ship them out soonest possible once the products are in stock and the courier will call you 1 day before to confirm the delivery date and time with you. Any special request of date, time and address change you can inform them when they call you. We provide Free doorstep delivery in wooden crate packaging to lift level or ground level. Please note our production team will be closed for Chinese New Year between 15 January 2024 to 14 February 2025. All orders placed between these dates will be processed on 15 Feb 2025.

We do not provide onsite measurement service, you may just measure the length and width space needed and check with your installer that it will fit your bathroom. Do note bathtub is ( Made to Order ) for each customer’s design choice, size, colour and measurement requirement. No changes or add on options after product is completed. There will be no cancellation when order is placed in our website as we send to our factory for immediate processing.

We do not do refund but we will provide free replacement of the parts damage. Same processing time will be needed.
