Our office is a warehouse not a showroom so there is no display of our products and all items are brand new sealed in box. We supply directly to customer without distributor so that consumer can enjoy attractive low pricing without any markup from local stores.

Sure you can put a remark for the later date or just put a note that the delivery date to be advise as we understand some customer’s house is still under renovation. We will not process the order first. After receiving your confirmation by email or via our whatsapp support, the earliest delivery is 3 weeks or longer depending on shipment. We will ship them out soonest possible once the products are in stock and the courier will call you 1 day before to confirm the delivery date and time with you.

Please kindly wait for them to call you. Any special request of delivery date, time and address change you can inform them when they call you. Do note that once your shipment reach, The courier will deliver to you within 2 days otherwise additional warehousing fee will be incur to you. There is no fixed date and time for our free delivery provided. We can help you leave a remark to the Courier company on your preferred date and timing but we cannot assure you that they will be able to make it. Hope to get your kind understanding.

You will be receiving the Basic Mixer Tap and Matching Designer Mirror Cabinet.

Our cabinet size start from 50cm and every increase will be 10cm. We have sizes all the way to 200cm for some designs and come with double sink configuration.

It is very simple, just add the size of the vanity cabinet you like. After that just add each upgrade you like to your cart also and then checkout will do.

From the back of the vanity it is open setting, designed to fit all type of water pipe and connection for all type of houses. All plumbers will know how to set it up easily.

We only use the most premium quality material to built our vanity cabinet.

Please see measurement drawing as shown in our website and do take note basin size will be 3-4cm bigger in ( Length and Width ) compare to basin cabinet as it need to sit on basin cabinet nicely. All measurement shown there might be 1-3cm difference due to hand measurement.

 it is very common for Mirror/cabinet door to be misaligned during the shipping process as the mirror doors and cabinet doors are not fully secure into place. Adjustment of door is always needed during installation by a professional contractor. As it is custom made, please allow 2-4mm allowance for mirror and door alignment. Refer to below diagram below.

You can place a estimate size first and we will not proceed the order. Price difference is $100 per 10cm in size. we will refund you if you need to reduce size or you can pay the price difference if you need bigger. Just leave us a remark at the checkout page not to proceed first and size to be confirmed.

Optional installation cost is from $120 onwards exclude removal disposal. Please leave us a remark at the checkout page that you will require installation. We will email you a third party installer contact so you can discuss your installation requirement and details with him after you received the items from our courier partner.

The production will be around 1 week. The earliest delivery is 3 weeks or longer depending on the shipment. We suggest to buffer additional 1-2 weeks in case of any delay. If you factor all in average delivery is around 3-5 weeks if no delay. We will ship them out soonest possible once the products are in stock and the courier will call you 1 day before to confirm the delivery date and time with you. Any special request of date, time and address change you can inform them when they call you. We provide free lift level or ground level door to door delivery without moving up stairs.

We do not provide onsite measurement service, you may just measure the length and width space needed and check with your installer that it will fit your bathroom. Do note Vanity Cabinet is ( Made to Order ) for each customer’s design choice, size, colour and measurement requirement. No changes or add on options after product is completed. There will be no cancellation when order is placed in our website as we send to our factory for immediate processing.

We do not do refund but we will provide free replacement of the parts damage or wrong item. Same processing time will be needed.
