Important Product FAQ:
What is the bracket for and how it look like?
Please refer below image. Come in sliver colour only. If you use (Instant Heater or you can see Expose Water Piping) running across your bathroom near to your water outlet, then mixer bracket will be needed for the installation as an adapter for the hot and cold mixer which cost $30 per pair and you can select with bracket during purchase checkout. For Instant heater installation, it must be expose piping and only 1 water output hot water control by your instant heater not from mixer. Conceal piping will not be able to install for normal instant heater unless you use multipoint instant heater. For all new BTO unit, conceal water piping with city gas heater, storage heater and multipoint instant heater you don’t need that as all attachment is already included! For expose piping, after using the bracket, it is slightly slanted due to expose piping. The center mount just secure only (1 screw) more toward the end of the tip so it is less slant that way. Mixer cover is not able to use. For installation please check with your contractor to confirm.
How do I know if my bathroom can fit this rain shower column?
Please refer to below image. Our rain shower is for Expose (left and right) hot water supply, it is not suitable for Concealed ( single point) type of hot water supply. If you are still not clear about this, please kindly click on the bottom right corner (Whatsapp Logo) and sent us a picture of your bathroom shower area so we can check and advise you.
I am still not sure if I need bracket. How to confirm this?

Will the black & gold color easy to lose its color? May i know what type of application you do for the black & gold? Example, powder coating or other method?
High temperature stoving varnish, double surface colour treatment. Same Technology use in car finishing.
May i know what the recommended water pressure to optimize the performance of rain shower?
It will also depend your house water pressure condition for our system to work. Do take note that this is a 3 way shower system as it has 2 cartridges for water to flow through so it will require stronger home water pressure and also tank heater with strong built-in pump to have better performance.
Can I check I replacing my current shower set. And I don’t want to drill extra hole. Wish to use existing holes on the wall.
The height is adjustable 90cm-100cm. So there is a high chance that it is possible to use back the existing holes on your wall but the installer will need to confirm this only during installation.
Is the rain shower head (tiltable (in angle)? Example: inwards to shower head or outwards angle?
Yes can be tilt in angle, inwards or outwards
What is the height from mixer to the shower head?
The height is adjustable from 90cm -110cm from mixer
Can the mixer width fit all types of bathroom?
Yes it can.The mixer width is adjustable between 135mm to 165mm.
How many water outlet are there?
Head shower, hand shower and lower tap.
Is your rainshower column have built in Heater?
All our rainshower does not come with water heater. It need to be connected to a water heater.
if i need installation how does it work?
Optional installation cost is from $60. Please leave us a remark at the checkout page that you will require installation. We will email you a third party installer contact so you can discuss your installation requirement and details with him after you received the items from our courier partner.
How long is the delivery?
For our Free delivery provided, earliest delivery is 3 days or longer depending on delivery schedule, Mondays-Saturday excluding Sunday and Public Holidays. There is no fixed date and time for our free delivery provided. Our delivery partner J&T courier will contact you. If your house is on renovation or no one around to received it, you can reschedule with J&T Courier as they allow 3 times re-delivery service.
Can I purchase the item first and request to deliver at a later date like few months away?
Sure you can put a remark for the later date or just put a note that the delivery date to be advise as we understand some customer’s house is still under renovation.
Do you have a showroom to view the items or any distributor shops where we can see the items?
Our office is a warehouse not a showroom so there is no display of our products for viewing. We supply directly to customer without distributor so that consumer can enjoy attractive low pricing without any markup from local stores.
How long is the warranty?
It is covered with 1 year refer to our warranty page.
Is there a return policy?
Returns & Exchanges should be made to us within 7 days from the delivery date in brand new, unused in original packaging subject to terms and conditions.
