Q: Is the Height adjustable?
A: Mira come with Flexible hot and cold hose connection so you can mount it higher or lower depending your height preference. This is very suitable for unit with lower water outlet restriction.
Q: Will the rainshower shower lose its color? May i know what type of colour application? Example, powder coating or other method?
A: High temperature stoving varnish, double surface colour treatment. Same Technology use in car finishing.
Q: May i know what the recommended water pressure to optimize the performance of wall water supplying the the over head and body spray all together?
Can i have both Rainfall & Massage perform together?
A: Water output is 1 mode at a time. Do take note that this is a 3 way shower system as it has 2 cartridges for water to flow through so it will require stronger home water pressure and also tank heater with strong built-in pump to have better performance.
Q: Can the rain shower fit all types of bathroom?
A: Yes it can.The hot and cold piping is using flexible hose. It means that you can mound it higher or lower depending on your preference.
Q: Can the Mira rain shower install with instant heater?
A: Yes it can. All type of water heater is compatible ( instant heater, storage tank or gas heater )
Q: For expose piping can it be installed?
A: Yes it can. Plumbers will know how to install it
Q: How do I know if my bathroom can fit this rain shower?
A: Take note that this rain shower is for Expose (left and right) or Concealed (left and right) hot water supply, it is not suitable for Concealed ( single point) type of hot water supply. If you are not sure please end us a picture of your current shower mixer area via Whatsapp with our customer support to check and confirm this for you.
Q: How many water outlet are there?
A: For Full 5 functions model selections: Waterfall stream, Head shower, hand shower, upper and lower Lateral Jet and lower tap.
Q: Is your rainshower have bulit in Heater?
A: All our rainshower does not come with water heater. It need to be connected to a water heater.
Q: Is this rain shower suitable for HDB?
A: It is design to fit all houses in Singapore being Condo, landed or HDB unit.
Q: if i need installation how does it work?
A: Optional installation cost is from $60. Please leave us a remark at the checkout page that you will require installation. We will email you a third party installer contact so you can discuss your installation requirement and details with him after you received the items from our courier partner.
Q: How long is the delivery?
A: For our Free delivery provided, earliest delivery is 3 days or longer depending on delivery schedule, Mondays-Saturday excluding Sunday and Public Holidays. There is no fixed date and time for our free delivery provided. Our delivery partner J&T courier will contact you. If your house is on renovation or no one around to received it, you can reschedule with J&T Courier as they allow 3 times re-delivery service.
Q: Can I purchase the item first and request to deliver at a later date like few months away?
A: Sure you can put a remark for the later date or just put a note that the delivery date to be advise as we understand some customer’s house is still under renovation.
Q: Do you have a showroom to view the items or any distributor shops where we can see the items?

This item arrived in pristine condition. Im impressed with the overall look and construction of the shower panel, and also the relatively simple steps for mounting the unit for those DIYers like myself (it comes with all the hardware need to convert the water supply and mount the unit). A word of caution: If your not comfortable with cutting pipe and changing fittings, you may want to seek out a professional plumber to do the installation. However, this is a very good deal for the price.

We put this in our condo with a tank heater. With this because you are never going to want to get out of the shower. It is gives a great shower and the install for our new shower was easy….All you have to do is rough in a hot and a cold supply and hook it up. The shower mixing valve and everything else is already plumed in this unit. Hang it on the wall like you would a mirror or picture and it is ready to use. The hardest part about the install for me was I kept over thinking it and trying to make it more complicated than it needed to be. Our contractor was even impressed with it ease of install and that I was able to DIY a shower. This is literally as easy as hooking up a washing machine….even easier actually because it isnt as heavy and it is way more fun to use…lol. We have two more bathroom remodels to do and each one is getting one of these. Make sure you check the connections in the unit before you hang it up and use it. No big deal if you dont and discover a leak because it just lifts right off the wall for easy maintenance. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. I would recommend and buy again
