Heated Thermostatic Function maintain water at a standard heated temperature around 30-38 degree adjustable. Do take note that depend on your size of the Tub. Heating time can take 11-16 hours to approach higher temperature setting example 34 degree. Do kindly take note that we have a built in safety feature that jacuzzi function will cut off every 1 hour and need to turn on again every 1 hour. For commercial use like hotel, we do not recommend heating from cold water as it requirement many hours of heating and also need to on the jacuzzi every hour for the heating to work. Normally our hotel customer will just fill in hot water straight to the tub.

Just use the jacuzzi mode and it will flush out water and clean the inside the pipes and jet holes. After that just dry it with cloth will do.

No installation needed. Simply connect power supply, filling water using a garden hose and start to enjoy the best jacuzzi experience. For drainage, it come with built in water outlet feature just outside the outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub. Just open up and drain it will do.

We supply only our products with free delivery to your address. We can refer you a installer and you may call and discuss with him about your requirement and send photos to confirm final installation cost with him before deciding to engage his service or any other installer you prefer on your own. We will not be responsible for any installation issues or damage to our product if you decide to you use his services.

We do not provide onsite measurement service, you may just measure the length and width space needed and will be able to fit.
