Our office is a warehouse not a showroom so there is no display of our products. If i need installation how does it work?
Optional installation cost is from $120 onwards. After placing your order, you'll receive an automated email with the contact information of a certified third-party installer. This ensures a smooth process, allowing you to easily discuss your installation needs and schedule the installation once your items have been delivered by our courier.
If I do not need the Free mirror, Basin or Mixer tap will there be any discount?
You can choose without the Free mirror, basin and mixer tap in the options but price is the same if without the free gifts.
Is it possible to retain the current tabletop and basin and tap, and just replace the vanity cabinets
Yes just leave us a remark of your request at the checkout page.
Can the mirror cabinet be customise size? height and length increase?
We can provide customisation for the mirror cabinet. Mirror will topup $100 for every 10cm increase in Height or increase in Length. You can place the order online as per normal and leave us a remark of your size needed. The topup amount will be by PAYNOW. Our customer support will send you our UEN number to make the topup payment.
Can the vanity cabinet be customise size?
Yes in our Customise Vanity Cabinet Category it can be customise. We provide free customise service. For example if you need length 85cm by Width 42cm. You can order 90cm length and leave us a remark at checkout page on your required measurement.
Can we select the basin tap colour? And any Possibility to change the faucet to other models in your website?
Free basin tap design and colour can be selected in the option. If you like to upgrade to our premium Tap selection, we can provide at $20 discount. Leave us a remark at the checkout page will do.
Can I purchase the item first and request to deliver at a later date like months away?
Sure you can put a remark for the later date or just put a note that the delivery date to be advise as we understand some customer’s house is still under renovation. We will not process the order first.

What is all the sizes you have for the vanity cabinet?
Our cabinet size start from 50cm and every increase will be 10cm. We have sizes all the way to 200cm for some designs and come with double sink configuration.
Is your Vanity Waterproof? How is the finishing and Quality?
Yes is waterproof and we only use the most premium quality material to built our vanity cabinet.
I will like to upgrade premium counter tops, premium mirror cabinet and also change to standing version. How can i purchase it?
It is very simple, just add the size of the vanity cabinet you like. After that just add each upgrade you like to your cart also and then checkout will do.
I am not sure if the water connection will be able to fit my current bathroom
From the back of the vanity it is open setting, designed to fit all type of water pipe and connection for all type of houses. All plumbers will know how to set it up easily.
Can I have the full measurement details
Please see measurement drawing as shown in our website and do take note basin size will be 3-4cm bigger in ( Length and Width ) compare to basin cabinet as it need to sit on basin cabinet nicely. All measurement shown there might be 1-2cm difference due to hand measurement.
Is there anything I need to take note on the installation?
it is very common for Mirror/cabinet door to be misaligned during the shipping process as the mirror doors and cabinet doors are not fully secure into place. Adjustment of door is always needed during installation by a professional contractor. As it is custom made, please allow 2-4mm allowance for mirror and door alignment. Refer to below diagram below.
If I don't need the Free mirror cabinet, how much can the price be reduced?
In the selection option you can select without free mirror but price will be the same as listed online
I will like to enjoy the Flash Sale Promotion Price by I can’t confirm the measurements as my contractor needs to go down to the site to measure.
You can place a estimate size first and we will not proceed the order. Price difference is $100 per 10cm in size. we will refund you if you need to reduce size or you can pay the price difference if you need bigger. Just leave us a remark at the checkout page not to proceed first and size to be confirmed.
How much is the price and how to order?
Just add to cart and the price will show. Proceed checkout with Credit card, Direct bank transfer and ATOME interest free installment plan.
How long is the production and delivery process?
The earliest delivery is 3 weeks or longer depending on the shipment. Please buffer additional 1-2 weeks for processing. If you factor all in average delivery is around 3-5 weeks if no delay. We will ship them out soonest possible once the products are in stock and the courier will call you 1 day before to confirm the delivery date and time with you. Any special request of date, time and address change you can inform them when they call you. We provide free lift level or ground level door to door delivery without moving up stairs.
Do you come onsite to make measurement?
We do not provide onsite measurement service, you may just measure the length and width space needed and it will be able to fit.
If we receive any parts damage or wrong item can we request for replacement?
Yes we will provide free replacement of the parts damage or wrong item. Same processing time will be needed.
